We need a nanny because both of us are working full time. I am no Croatian citizen and therefore have no right for maternity leave. Mandatory requests for our son´s nanny would be: long-term agreement (we don´t want to inflict a new person on him every couple of weeks), availability at least 3 days a week, non-smoker, and someone who wants to really interact with our baby instead of being glued to the mobile phone or TV. We´d like you to talk, sing, read to our son, to play with him, to go for walks with him. Therefore we are willing to pay adequately.
