OroslavjeMy husband and I are looking for a responsible person to care of our six children during regular business hours (9-5pm), Monday through Friday - in our home in Oroslavje. The five girls and one boy are aged from 13 months to 12 years. In addition to playing with the children, you will need to do the following:
1. Cook/serve lunch and make snacks (as needed);
2. Drive the (older children) to (or from) school and sports activities;
3. Help the school children with their homework (as necessary) [grades 2, 4 & 6];
4. Change diapers (girl - age 13 months);
5. Perform light housework such as laundry (no ironing), dishes (we have a dishwasher), picking up after the children [as necessary], etc)
You can/should speak Croatian to the children - they are fluent in Croatian. I speak Croatian, but imperfectly - therefore some level of English understanding is required. My husband is a native Croatian speaker.
Serious candidates:
(i) need a driver's license and a car (for transporting yourself to/from work - during work hours, you will use our family car to transport the children);
(ii) can commit to at least a year of service.
