Terms of use of the DADILJE platform
1. CONDITIONS
1.1. The administration of "Family Projects OY" is the administrator of the platform. Address: 02700 Kauniainen, Finland. The administrator performs administrative activities for the DADILJE platform and acts as an intermediary between the Users.
1.2. Anonymous user. This is a person who uses the website administration services without registration.
1.3. Personal data. This is any data that can be used to identify a person; it can also be any information about a person who has already been identified.
1.4. Website. The administration manages the website www.DADILJE.INFO.
1.5. Membership fees. It is a fixed fee from the Administration. If Users pay a fixed fee, they have the right to use additional functionalities of the DADILJE platform.
1.6. Privacy policy. This is the procedure presented on the website for the purpose of managing personal data to which the User is subject to the Administration of the website. If the User uses the DADILJE platform, it is considered that he agrees with the management of the User's personal data and confirms that all provided information and personal data are accurate and real.
1.7. DADILJE platform. It is a system that belongs to the Administration, supports it and manages it. This system is on the website with the help of which Users can find a helper/service (babysitter, housekeeper, pet sitter and teacher) or a suitable job as a helper.
1.8. Rules. These are the rules for using the DADILJE platform, which regulate the rules for using the DADILJE platform; legal relations between the Users of the website and the Administration, as well as between the Users themselves. The user must accept the rules if he wants to use the services of the Administration.
1.9. User. A natural person not under the age of 18, properly registered on the website with the intention of finding help or work.
1.10. User profile. It is a record of the User available on the DADILJE platform, which is considered personal data provided by the User about himself.
2. FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES OF THE NANNY PLATFORM
2.1. On the DADILJE platform, the Administration helps Users in cooperation. Users can find an assistant or a job as an assistant. Administration acts as an agent between Users.
2.2. The administration, as the owner of the DADILJE website and platform, does not act as an assistant and does not ask for help. Users alone are responsible for posting information through advertisements and for providing assistance or services.
2.3. Users understand and agree that they are solely responsible for compliance with legal regulations relating to their activities and actions. Users who use the DADILJE platform understand that, by employing people or providing services, they may have to possess certain permits or licenses to perform employee formalities, and fulfill other legal and/or tax obligations specified in the legislative acts of the Republic of Croatia.
2.4. Information and personal data about the User on the website and in advertisements are provided by the Users themselves, and the Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information, compliance with reality and is not responsible for losses or damages caused, or which could be caused by actions, decisions or contracts that the User enters into using information provided on the website.
3. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
3.1. An anonymous user can view ads and user profiles. The visibility of data on user profiles is limited for anonymous users.
3.2. A person who intends to use DADILJE services in full must register on the DADILJE website using one of the following methods:
3.2.1. by completing the registration application on the website;
3.2.2. by logging in via Facebook profile.
3.3. If the user adds a picture to the user profile, it must be the user's own photo. It is prohibited to add graphics/letters/numbers (for example, logo, handwritten notes, phone numbers, surnames, catchy words) or photos that are combined with graphics/letters/numbers instead of images; or modify the images in any way. By placing photos on the profile, the user confirms that he retains the right to use the photos, and that this use does not violate the rights of third parties.
3.4. Registered users can post ads and enter information in their user profile. They can also see more information than anonymous users, and chat with other users via private messages (listed on the website). Users who pay the membership fee of the website according to the agreed procedure get full functionality.
3.5. By registering, the user creates individual login data (username and password) and is obliged to keep this data confidential and not share it with third parties. In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized login to the DADILJE platform on behalf of the user, it is recommended to create a strong, hard-to-guess password (it is recommended that the password contains at least 8 symbols, using upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation marks, and avoiding easy-to-guess words ( first and last name of the user) and (or) numbers (for example, date of birth) etc.) and should be changed at least every 3 (three) months. The user is responsible for the strength of the login data he created and its maintenance, as well as for all actions (data transfer, published offers, user comments or other things) performed by accessing the user's name and surname on the website. If the DADILJE platform is used by third parties who have logged into the website using the user's login information, the Administration will consider that person as a user. If the user loses his login information, he should immediately inform the Administration about the loss via e-mail or change his login information by logging into the DADILJE platform.
3.6. The user is responsible for providing accurate, correct and detailed information in the application. If the user's login information changes, they should update it immediately. The administration is not responsible for the user or third parties if they provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal data, or did not change or add data at the time they were changed.
3.7. The user has the right to freely change, add or delete registration information at any time. By deleting the registration, the user loses the ability to fully use the DADILJE platform. The user acquires these capabilities only if he registers on the DADILJE website.
3.8. By registering through the website, the user confirms that he is over 18 years old.
3.9. Users who have paid the membership fee according to the stated procedure of the website have the right to use the most extensive functionalities (scope specified on the website) of the website. Membership will be valid for the entire period for which it was paid for, unless earlier canceled in accordance with the procedures of these Rules.
3.10. The validity of the membership is automatically extended for the duration from the moment of extension and the corresponding payment from the user's account, except in the case when the user informs that he gives up the membership or does not want to extend the membership before the membership expires.
3.11. The user can refuse membership at any time using some of the following methods: i) through the user account on the DADILJE website, ii) by notifying the Administration via [email protected]; iii) if the user paid for his membership via PayPal - the PayPal system. If the user refuses his membership, the membership fee is not refunded.
3.12. The administration reserves the right to change plans and membership fees. Such changes will be applied after the user is notified of said changes.
4. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. Using the DADILJE platform, the user should:
4.1.1. not to conduct illegal activities on the website;
4.1.2. communicate with other users and the Administration in accordance with generally accepted rules of ethics and morality;
4.1.3. provide real and accurate information to other users and the Administration and constantly update personal data;
4.1.4. behave appropriately, without the intention of deceiving other users and/or the Organizer;
4.1.5. change the registration information on the website if there is a threat that this information has been disclosed to third parties;
4.1.6. ensure that data and photos on the user profile are in accordance with moral and ethical norms, and that copyright is not violated; in any case and on any basis not to cause disagreements.
4.1.7. ensure that the published data: i) is in accordance with the use of the DADILJE platform; ii) do not promote persons or products without the prior consent of the Administration; iii) do not pose a threat to the operation of the DADILJE platform or its database (for example, programs or documents with viruses).
4.2. The Administration has the right to limit the user's right to use the website, including the complete removal of the user from the website, and to take the necessary actions that the Administration considers correct, including, but not limited to, suspension or failure to exercise the rights and obligations of those persons on behalf of the Administration; if such action or inactivity of the Administration is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the website and/or the rights and obligations of the user.
4.3. The administration has the right to suspend the user's registration on the website and/or remove him from the website, and/or block the user in the event that:
4.3.1. The user provides or has provided incorrect, erroneous, defective and/or incomplete data;
4.3.2. The user's behavior towards other users is not in accordance with generally accepted rules of morality;
4.3.3. The user uses the DADILJE platform with the intention of intentionally harming other users and/or the Administration;
4.3.4. User violates the Rules or applicable laws in any way.
4.4. The administration owns the intellectual rights to the website, its domain (DADILJE) and the operating system. The user has no right to store, copy, modify, move, transmit or disclose the content found on the website.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. The administration cannot and will not be responsible for violations against the user when third parties access the DADILJE platform using the user's login information.
5.2. The administration is not responsible for advertisements, links or cookies of third parties located on the website. The user should review the user agreement and privacy policy of the third parties.
5.3. Due to the Internet, as a specific external factor, the Administration cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website. The organizer can also limit access to the DADILJE platform or part of it if it is necessary for security, maintenance service or other objectively important reasons.
5.4. The administration reserves the right to change the content of the wrb page or functionality without warning the Users. The administration has the right to decide to change or terminate the provision of services for any reason and without warning, including the right to terminate the service for any User or third parties with or without warning and liability to Users.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change these Rules and if there have been any fundamental changes in the Rules, the Administration has the right to inform the User about these changes through the website or by contacting the User. Published changes to the Rules enter into force after 5 (five) working days from the date of publication on the website or via the User's email. This applies to all Users who did not object to such changes within the stipulated period.
6.2. The rules are made according to the legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
6.3. The law of the Republic of Croatia is applied upon the occurrence of disputes on these rules.
6.4. All disagreements arising from the application of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no decision is made, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Croatia according to certain legal procedures.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
1.1. The rights of the User, the management of personal data, the terms and intentions of the website are stated in this Privacy Policy.
1.2. The Privacy Policy is also published on this website; submitted personal data is managed in accordance with the requirements of the legislative regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
1.3. By providing his/her personal data on this website, the User agrees to their use in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
2. CONDITIONS
2.1. The above terms are used in this Privacy Policy. You can find the terms and their explanations below:
Personal data or Data is any type of information about the User whose identity is known or can be found out directly or indirectly (data subject).
Data management is any operation or series of operations (such as data acquisition, recording, classification, systematization, and other operations) performed with personal data or a set of personal data using automatic or non-automatic tools.
A data controller is a natural and legal person who manages personal data on behalf of the data controller.

DADILJE Platform It is a system whose management is performed by the data controller. This system is on the website and with the help of which people using this platform can find help (babysitter, housekeeper, pet sitter and teacher) or suitable job as help.
The Privacy Policy is this privacy policy, which sets out the main rules for the data controller due to the collection, accumulation, management and storage, and this Policy applies to the Users of the Website.
Regulation means Regulation 2016/679 which entered into force on 25 May 2018 throughout the EU. This Regulation refers to the protection of natural persons by managing personal data, and to the freedom of movement of such data, which nullifies Directive 95/46/EC.
A user is a natural person who visited the website of the data controller and registered on it by submitting his personal data.
3. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. A user who intends to register on the website should submit (in other cases, the user may submit) the following personal data to the data controller: i) name, surname; ii) gender; iii) date of birth; iv) email; v) phone number; vi) place of performance of the service/workplace; vii) photograph; viii) data collected by connecting to a Facebook profile. Furthermore, the data manager also manages other personal data. This data is provided by the User to the DADILJE platform by publishing advertisements or in other ways.
3.2. The data controller has the right to use the User's non-personal data for the purpose of analyzing the data using various statistics to perform statistical and financial analysis, improve the quality of services, etc. The data controller has the right to publicly publish the non-personal statistical analysis of such data for marketing and other purposes purpose.
3.3. The data controller may also use cookies on the website, the data of which help to reveal the specifics of the use of the website, the behavior of the User or the statistics of previous visits are obtained.
3.4. Also, the data controller manages personal data about purchased memberships and actions performed on the DADILJE platform.
4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
4.1. Personal data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Provision of services. The data controller collects the User's personal data and uses it to mediate between people on the DADILJE platform who are looking for help or a help job.
4.1.2. Website development. The data controller collects data about the Users, their search statistics on the website, improving access to the functionalities of the website and better improving the access and convenience of the proposed services.
4.1.3. Contacting. The data controller can contact and respond to inquiries or requests from the User.
4.1.4. Direct marketing. When the User consents to receive offers and news, the data controller manages personal data by sending offers and information to the User (for example, general newsletters, information about offers, news, discounts or asking for opinions on the services provided). The user has the right to refuse to receive offers and news at any time; and he/she can withdraw his/her consent at any time. This type of withdrawal does not prevent the User from using the DADILJE platform.
4.1.5. Identification of the User. The User's personal data is used to identify the User, and to know that he/she is not younger than 18 years old.
5. PUBLICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The user confirms that he/she understands that the personal data provided during registration and advertising will be publicly available to other people.
5.2. The data controller ensures that the User's personal data will not be sold, provided or transferred in any way without legal grounds to third parties; and these data will not be used for purposes other than those collected. The data controller can transfer data only in accordance with these privacy rules and legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
5.3. Excluding other cases from the privacy policy, the data controller can transfer the User's personal data to third parties only in the following cases:
5.3.1. To data controller service providers who cannot know user data (companies that provide accounting services, IT services, lawyers, courts, bailiffs, debt recovery companies, database controllers and others) due to the specifics of the services they provide.
5.3.2. if separate consent of the User is given for this type of data transfer;
5.3.3. in court cases and when it is necessary to achieve the following goals of these privacy policies;
5.3.4. The transfer of data is mandatory when it is necessary for legislative bodies based on the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
5.3.5. in other cases defined in the legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
6. USE OF COOKIES
6.1. The data controller may use cookies on the website. Cookies are small text documents that have a unique identification number; they are transferred from the website to the User's computer hard drive, from which the data controller can extract from the User's computer and see its activity on the website.
6.2. By using cookies, the data controller collects personal data such as: browser type, demographic data, IP address and more).
6.3. The data controller uses the collected data from cookies from the website for User identification; analyze website traffic statistics; User behavior and improvement of website quality.

7. TERMS OF DATA STORAGE
7.1. The data controller stores the User's personal data for the period determined by the law of the Republic of Croatia and other applicable legislation, as well as in these privacy rules, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of managing the data of the privacy rules.
7.2. the data controller manages the User's data as long as the User's profile exists on the DADILJE platform. When the User deletes his/her profile on the DADILJE platform, the data controller does not store the User's personal data for 1 (one) month after the User's profile is deleted. Information about the purchased membership is stored for five years, until the membership expires. Also, in some cases, personal data may be stored for a longer period, when necessary in case of a possible dispute or in other cases.
7.3. The data controller asks not to store irrelevant or outdated personal data, then, when the User updates the data in his/her account, the old information is replaced with relevant information. Historical information is stored, if it is necessary for legal regulations or so that the data controller could carry out its activities until it is necessary.
8. USER RIGHTS
8.1. By using the website, Users have the right to:
8.1.1. they know what personal data is being managed and for what purpose;
8.1.2. become familiar with their personal data;
8.1.3. require correction or addition of personal data if they are incorrect or irrelevant;
8.1.4. request deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten);
8.1.5. require the data controller to limit the management of the User's personal data;
8.1.6. require the transfer of data to another data controller (right to transfer).
8.2. The user has the right to contact and submit all requests related to the data controller's privacy policy in writing. The information is listed at the end of this privacy policy.
8.3. The user should show an identification document or identify himself through an electronic means of communication that are allowed to be used with the request.
8.4. The data controller receives the User's request, responds and undertakes the actions specified in the request or rejects them with the reasons for rejection no more than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the request. Taking into account the complexity of the request, the specified period can be extended by two months. In this case, the data controller informs the User about the extension and states the reasons for the delay.
8.5. When the user submits a request to delete his/her personal data, the data controller is obliged to delete them if it is considered one of the following reasons:
8.5.1. Personal data are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected or managed;
8.5.2. The user withdraws his/her consent to the management of personal data and that there is no other legal basis for the management of personal data;
8.5.3. The user does not agree with the management of data when there is a basis of legitimate interest of the data controller and the data controller does not present major legal reasons to further manage the data;
8.5.4. Personal data was handled illegally;
8.5.5. Personal data should be deleted according to the legal requirements of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia.
8.6. The data controller limits the management of the User's personal data in the following cases:
8.6.1. The user disputes the correctness of personal data; it is limited to the period until the data controller verifies the correctness of the personal data;
8.6.2. The management of personal data is illegal and the User does not agree to the deletion of personal data, and instead, he/she requests the limitation of their use;
8.6.3. Personal data is not needed by the data controller for the purposes of Item 4 of these privacy rules, however, this data is needed by the User to request, perform or defend legal obligations;
8.6.4. The user disputes the management of personal data based on the legal interests of the data controller; is limited until it is checked whether the legal reasons of the data controller are greater than the reasons of the User.
8.7. If the User exercises his right to delete or limit data, it may become impossible to use the DADILJE platform or access to it may be limited.
8.8. By exercising his/her right to data transfer, the User has the right to request the data controller to transfer his/her personal data directly to another data controller when technically possible.
8.9. The data controller has the right not to comply with the User's request relating to the refusal to receive direct marketing offers and to submit a request to an extrajudicial institution for the resolution of disputes, when necessary to ensure: (i) the fulfillment of legal obligations established for the data controller; (ii) public order or crime prevention; (iii) protection of rights and freedoms of users or other persons; (iv) in other cases provided for in Paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Regulation. In any case, the data controller who refuses to fulfill the User's request must state the reasons for this refusal.
8.10. If the User notices the illegal management of his/her data or if there is a dispute with the data controller, he/she has the right at any time to contact the extrajudicial institution for disputes in Croatia - the Croatian Agency for the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the procedure, through their website at https://azop.hr/.
9. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
9.1. The data controller has the right to update and modify the provisions of this privacy policy.
9.2. If there have been fundamental changes in these privacy rules, the data controller has the right to inform the User about these changes via the specified contact method and/or on the website. Published changes to the privacy policy come into force after 5 (five) working days from the date of publication on the website or via the User's email. This applies to all Users who did not object to such changes within the stipulated period.
